Earn $10 in Northtown Bucks when your vehicle is in for any pre-paid maintenance service visit.

Extended Protection Guarantee

If you purchase an extended service plan and do not utilize any of the benefits it offers, we will refund you 50% of the original price to be used towards your next extended service contract.

*To receive refund, the following terms apply. 1. The original vehicles must have been maintained at a Northtown location according to the manufacturer's recommended service schedule. 2. The original vehicle and contract must have been purchased from any of the Northtown dealership locations. 3. The original vehicle must be traded back Northtown. 4. The next new or pre-owned vehicle must be purchased from any of the Northtown dealership locations. 5. Available on minimum 24-month term or longer contracts. 6. To qualify for refund no claims may be made against the extended service contract policy in any way and contract must go to term.

As a Northtown Platinum Plus member, we promise to make your service visits as convenient as possible. In order to get you to your next destination quickly, we provide all service customers with complimentary transportation. Additional information and/or service shuttle schedules are available from your service advisor.
